That exact same thing happened to me! The last five or so times I had sex with my boyfriend I got pain there. Never happened to me before. My mom told me I should go to the doctor to see if it might be a cyst. I went today and they said I was perfectly fine. My doctor said that it might have been caused by bruising during sex (which can happen if you've been having rough sex, which I had). I felt a little dumb for being overly concerned, but I'm glad I went. I ended up getting the gardasil shot against hpv and I got tested for STD's. Plus I got the peace of mind that I didn't have a cyst. I say that if it lasts for more than two weeks, make an appointment with your doctor just to be safe.

Try K-Y jelly, olive oil or vegetable oil. If lubrication does not help, see your doctor.
maybe the position. try new positions and let him know where it hurts because maybe your vagina is still not used to it. just do new positions or also try to get comfortable.
