What does happens during a Sports Physical with for a girl?!
Question: I am in High School Sports and I have to go to the doctors office and get my first Physical! I am scarred and don't know what to expect. I know for guys they make them drop there pants, turn there head and cough but what about a girl? Who am I going to see, the Dr. or a nurse or who? Girls that have had one of these, what is it like?

I think they are mainly going to check your muscles, bones lungs and heart to make sure they can handle participation in sports. As well as your eyes and spine for any health problems. They may also check body fat. I cannot remember if there was anything below the pants they checked. They might to make sure there are no abnormalities.
You may see the Dr. or a Physicians assistant.
I so remember feeling this way in school for my first physical. I was so scared. But i was scared for nothing. They werent interested in any of my female parts if thats what your worried about. They are more interested in your body and physical health.
