Sharp cramps & heatburn?!
Question: I got last night a very sharp cramp that lasted about 1 min it felt like labor pain. All night I was in pain in my stomach & lower belly. And gas like never before plus heartburn. My stomach hurts so much. My breast are like are bugger I know I have gained some weight but not that much. What could this be? And I dont think I'm pregnant.

Indegestion, etc. I would see your DR. Some people get such bad indegestion, sour stomach that they need to be on medication- especially after giving birth twice already. Good Luck with your 3rd. I am sure it is not a big deal!

get a test and make sure, make sure it is not an eptopic pregnancy.
Gas, a lot of it.
