How do i know i stopped growing?!
Question: Okay.. i was wondering how i know i stopped growing!?! how many more inches might i grow? do you know any diets/exercises that would help me grow? if you can answer please do >< and please don't recommend pills and x-rays.

oh right you might need to know this. my mom's 5'3" and my dad's 5'5" my family isnt very tall =/

hmm... for women.. the age of end of growth is until 18-20 years old.
In your case, you said that both of your parents are quite small in height. If you will increase a little more, only 1-2inches.
That's what we call heredity.
But there are some cases that even if their parents are small, they grow tall. Why? How?
Just eat the right food, exercise and sleep early at night (at least 8 hours a night).
you are still young, and 5"2 is quite okay for your age.
You may grow another inch or two....but 5'2 isnt totally short.

Females do not stop growing just because they reach a certain age. It depends on when puberty started. The "average" girl continues to grow about 2 inches after she starts menstruating. About 2 years after that first menstrual period, the growth plates in the bones close, and no further growth can take place.
So you may be done but no worries, 5'2" isn't that short!
You will grow few more inches till you're reach 18. Every girls are difference height and your family members. If I were you to not worry about it till you reach 18 or so. You still grow more like your breast development, and many things to make you grow.
You could grow up untill you are 18-20. With your dad being short, you may not be much taller than him if as tall. But 5'2 is not real short. kind of perfect in my eyes.
you get your definitely height 2 yrs after you have your first period...then your growth stops. bones fuse, the average age is 18 but some sooner some later....depending when you get your first period. You have stopped growing girl
