Question for all matured women?!

Question: i have these little bumps (like tiny little dots almost) on my 'lips' of my vagina. they're on the inside, the part that no one but myself would see if i was looking for them. they look really weird and unnatural. im not going to talk to my mom about that because that would be really embarrassing and weird to have her look there. but im not going to look up porn or pictures of vaginas either. Yahoo! Answers is kind of my last resort. Please tell me if that's natural or not or something to do with growing?

oh and by the way, im a virgin.

Very likely they're just a part of your skin's normal texture, which often has a somewhat grainy feel - like mini "chicken skin" or "goosepimple" bumps. A lot of women have them, and it's normal.

Many bumps that occur on or around the labia are also known as sebaceous cysts. They result when the skin's natural oils block a sebaceous duct or gland in the skin. Sebaceous cyst are benign and usually ignored unless they become infected or painful and itchy. These cysts may disappear spontaneously or remain in place without causing any problems. If they are painful or itchy, see your doctor about it.

Other causes of bumps in the genital area are human papilloma virus which cause genital warts and other infections that may be sexually transmitted. If you're a virgin, you don't have to worry about sexually transmitted infections.
If you think you'd like a little more help with understanding your body, and feel a bit embarassed about asking your mother things, your doctor or a gynaecologist at a women's health centre will be more than happy to answer any questions. Your school may also have a nurse who's around on certain days to give advice and answer any questions.
