Should I be worried about this?!
Question: Ok.I'm 13 years young and I kind of have a bladder control problem.Only when i laugh hard though.Like its not that serious but whenever i laugh to hard i have to pee really bad and sometimes it leaks.Only a few times have i acually peed myself.
Should I be worried or what can i do to help this cause its pretty annoying and embarrassing. :S lol.thank you!

You should try kegel exercises. They are as follows:
To get the feeling for how this works try stopping your flow of urine when you are on the toilette. The muscles that tighten are your "kegel" muscles. Then finish urinating.
When you sitting you can tighten these muscles and relax them about ten times in a row about three times a day. (Make sure your bladder is empty before you do it.) You can do this when you are watching TV, sitting at your desk at school, any time sitting. No one can see you doing this. It is a good exercise to help you gain control of your condition.
Talk to your doctor or school nurse for more information on kegel exercises and urinary incontinence.
omg that happens to me all the time. and noo you shouldnt be worried...unless it hurts or suttin cause i think its mainly a weak control thing...
That happens to me all the time. I mean like evry time cuz i am a giggle bug. and matter of fact it happened today try spittting instead of laughing and you wont laugh as hard trust it works except today when i nearly peeed on myself!
I would go to your dr to get it checked out
