your period is right around the corner honey. there is really no real way to know exactly when it will be but you certainly have all the signs that it is around the corner. try to be patient!! one thing you can do when the cramps hit you is to put a heating pad on your tummy and lay down for a an hour if you can. i know you cant do this at school but at home!! take 2 motrin and that will help reduce the bloating and swelling that comes with cramps!! yes keep all your pads with you at all times so that when it does happen you will be prepared. hang in there it wont be to long!!!

Okay you can try birth control or you can possibly go to the doctor ot take a hot bath and use a heating pad.Dont worri everone goes through it!

You can take pads with you yes. You can buy Midol and that should help with the Cramps

Midol!

Midol has aceteminophen (Tylenol), caffeine, and a diuretic, all of which contribute to alleviating menstrual cramps. You can also buy a generic kind at any drug store. I take a couple and then I usually feel much, much better in about 20 or 30 minutes.

You can also get a hot water bottle or heating pad and press it against your lower abdomen.

The same thing happened to me this summer. I had discharge since 5th grade and i had the pains in late last school year. Then , over the summer i got my peirod so i bet your getting your peirod. Id STRONGLY suggest you put pads in your backpack. Whenever i have thoes pains i try to jump around or something unless im at school, then i just get a advil or w/e u take.PS i am also 13 so yea and my friend is going through the same thing.

PSSif you ever use a tampon i prefer playtex or tampax... they run a little bigger but are a lot more comfortable

Midol, advil, alieve...
Heating pads tend to work, or warm baths
i was told that birth control will help also, but for now u should probably just stick to pain killers, at least until you offically get your period
