It's perfectly natural for some of us to be regularly more 'moist' down there than others - myself, I choose to wear pantyliners every day - its nicer than having wet knickers!

Panty liners are like really lightweight pads - you don't want a full-on menstrual pad, cause you don't need that much protection. Find thin ones that are meant to be used in conjunction with tampons, and for what they call 'in between' days.

Definitely wear one if you're feeling icky! They hold the dampness away from you, and you can change them alot easier than changing your whole panties throughout the day, esp. at school and out and about in town.

Lots of girls wear pantyliners. Pads are a little too big. I don't because my discharge is very light.

pantyliners

I would go get looked at by a doctor you should not be having that much especially if its so much where you need a pad...

You could just wear a panty liner...
although be aware that panty liners and all sanitary products are meant for when you have your period so be mindful of TSS..

i would wear pantyliner, becuz pads r uncomfortable so u should not have uncomfortable time before u get ur period. enjoy ur freedom!

You could wear a pad, but I think that a pantyliner would be much more comfortable for you. They aren't really bulky and they absorb normal discharge pretty well. They also help you monitor how much discharge you are having and the color...I notice a change in the color of my discharge a few days before my period, so it helps me be prepared.
