Big breasts are a curse. 36DD high on the chest of an 18 yr old will be smaking you on the belly when you get to be about 40.

34c is almost TOO big already
large breasts are more suseptiple to breast cancer and are harder to mammogram successfully
save the 10-15k and buy yourself a nice vacation
you know it';s recommended that breast augmentations are re-done every 10 yrs or so
any real breast ( regardless of shape, size, symmetry or shade) is leagues better then fake sacks of goo stuck up under your skin

I am a natural 34F and my friend has 32DD implants, even though mine are so big they are rounder and softer, her's are kind of hard, and you can feel the under edge of the implant. They are GROSS. They look okay, but they don't feel nice at all.
you're a C? that's plenty big. Any bigger and you'll start to look fake and cheap or fat.
It depends, like i dont like when they are really huge, i like a little bigger than a handful
