What eventually happens to your breasts after implants?!
Question: After 2 pregnancies i've given some thought to getting breast implants. I'm young, 27, and I want to look young and beautiful for my husband and for myself. I hate to look in the mirror and see pancake boobs!!! lol. Anyway, what eventually happens to your implants as you get old? Do you keep having to get surgery to replace them when they get old, or do they last forever? Why don't I see old women walking around with gorgeous fake boobs? Do they have them taken out? So do you end up with flatter, uglier boobs than ever when you eventually do get them taken out?

Implants may need replacing if they rupture or excessive scar tissue develops which causes the breasts to become overly firm (this is known as capsular contracture).
And there are plenty of older women that have breast implants, but if you have an image of all implants being big and fake like you often see on celebrities, then I guess you aren't going to notice those that don't look obviously done. Implants can look quite natural believe it or not.
And if you do have them taken out and don't have them replaced, it all depends on the elasticity of your breast and skin tissue as to whether or not you will need a further procedure to correct the sagging, lose skin, etc.
All I can say is that breast implants are a life long committment, so you have to be prepared for possible complications or problems that may occur in the future.

Hmmm not sure how long implants have been around but maybe they weren't available when 70 yr old women were 20 yrs old...
I don't think you should get them though...I personally could care less how big a woman's breasts are...
You have to have them replaced every 10 years or they get hard. I would imagine that older women have them taken out.

A lot of the times it seems, breast implants fcuk up.
They end up hard, not realistic looking, no movement, especially during sex. (( Y'know, girls boobs are supposed to like...bounce. ))

Some procedures turn out horrible but some turn out great. My sister did hers after one child and they look great. Shes 27 and she's not having any more kids. She says the doctor told them that she might have to redo them again when she's 50 but only if she wants to.
yes. the implants will streach out the skin. they may detiriourate and you might look like you have lumpy boobs. i belive you should be comfortable being you. i would probably sugest a push up bra, but, you can live your life the way you want to, so implants may be the way to go for you
about 1% of the sylicone leaks out every year so eventually you would have to get them redone. i would imagine every 5-10 years?
i'm not to sure. probably more often if your going for double D's or something like that (please dont, people that do that atomaticly look like strippers) just go for a resonable size
It depends on the nature of the implants. If grass or turf then they will be minimal maintenance other than in summer. Trees are quite easy too. But any floral or edible crop would need a lot of maintenance. Hope this helps.
Sweetie you are a 27 year old mother of two. All women have boobs that sag a bit. It's natural. Your breasts are mostly fat anyway. I do not recommend breast implants. Number one, they are not natural.Using Silicone or Saline is dangerous. At some point, you could experience leaking implants, which will cause health problems such as kidney malfunction. Aside from that, you will lose sensation in your natural breasts. You should never use artificial things to "enhance" your appearance for others. Your husband is important. But, you must put yourself first. This is the problem with many women. Your husband is half of the reason you have two children. LOL He doesn't have a problem with your boobs I'm sure. Leave nature alone. Your boobs are exactly the way they should be. Love yourself.
There are many site that can give you all the info that you require, but many articles that ihave read, yes there will be more surgery approx every 10 years,to replace them.. yes the breast implants may make you feel and look grt, but is that the real reason.......
Also you may not see other women with other breast issues, with todays lingerie it can hide many breast imperfections...
