What do you think is wrong with my co-worker?!

Question: She has been complaining of sharp pains in her uterus, off and on, for two weeks and says it's definitely not pregnancy or her period and has been getting hot flashes but refuses to see a doctor saying she doesn't "do doctors".

If she doesn't go to doctors, she really isn't your patient. You have to let her take care of herself. You probably have more problems than you know how to deal with yourself. Sometimes paying attention to someone else's problems is a way to avoid your own. I'm not saying that's what's happening, but the bottom line is, you cared, you tried to help, couldn't, recommended them to a doctor and she won't do something that can help her. Surrender her.
peace

if she says no doctors, then don't worry about it.

I don't know how old she is but it kind of sounds like menopause, but if she says no doctors I wouldn't worry about it.
