Who told you just to take Advil????? I surely hope it was not a Gynecologist. If so, you need to change doctors.
This can work into a serious situation. Fluid filled cysts can be drained and wallaa.....no more pain.
As far as pregnancy.....I understand you may have more trouble than others. Depends on the regularity of your periods as well.
Nonetheless, you really need to be seeing a specialist here as soon as you can. A ny disorder of your reproductive system needs to be addressed by the appropriate physician.

Why don't they remove the cysts, have they done a biopsy or anything on them, they should. I am sure you could get pregnant, it only takes one drop to get past and then your pregnant. Go back to that Dr. and use protection in the meantime======
I know how you feel I have those 2 ...luckly mine only act up if I drink alot of caffine my ob.gyn told me he can remove them in out patient surgery & Id be as good as new in 2 weeks... I cont take advil so I take tylenol & lay off the caffine & exercise helps too Im not sure why but it does
it depends, if the cysts is in the uterus it must be removed . . it depends if benigns but undefgo some check up. .
Go see a doctor about it.
Yes you can get pregnant.
A friend of mine had them and was told she was unable to conceive anymore, but did so eventually.
