Feet shrinking?!
Question: I used to be a size 8, then the other day i went to the shoe shop and tried on some 7's and they were fine so i took them home. They were the same type as the 8's which used to only just fit me .... and no the 7s fit perfectly. Have my feet shrunk a size?

Its probably the actual shoe rather than your feet. I have shoes in 6, 7 and 8 all of which fit. Actually, 1 pair of shoes I have in a 7 are actually bigger than a pair of size 8 I have!
Even the same style/make of shoe will have some variation, so dont worry you're not shrinking lol
i don't think that's possible? unless you wear converse a LOT, which are supposedly suppose to shrink your feet since their so tight. but if you don't, they probably made the shoe you got in an 8 before changed to were it stretches out more? i dont know. but thats what i'm guessing.
