hello,

it could be 3 things to which is the following:

1. Implantation Bleeding
This occurs when the egg burys itself once fertilised in the endometruim ( lining of the womb). Have you recently had sex? or any contact with sperm? if so this is what it could be.
or
2. Ovulation bleeding
This is when you bleed just a little bit when you are ovulating or when the egg is released from the ovary.
or
3. it could be your starting your period
Some people may experience this for one day then goes off and on the next day it will get dark red blood or brown disharge.

But i would recommend if you miss your next period or you still have it i would suggest you take a pregnancy test either way just to make sure. If you take a pregnancy test and it is negative but your period still does not arrive, or your period comes or it seems abnormal i would get up the doctor in order for it to be checked out. However if it goes darker and goes to dark red this could be your period.

You have nothing to worry about
I hope i helped and i wish you the best

i would just go to the Doctor to be sure

Well if you had sex and be potentially pregnant, the discharge can be implantation bleeding. If not then it could also be ovulation bleeding. Some women bleed a little when they ovulate.

Yea it was my birthday on the 2nd of jan. lol
