The only person who can answer that question is the Dr who told you all that information. You need to go ask him/her. But I wish you good luck.

if she has had her period, she can have a child

we are not doctors so we don't know and just because she has her period doesn't mean she can get pregnant....

Does your wife know that you are sharing her untrasound with the whole world?

The fibroids noted can be a problem when it comes to pregnancy. If your wife isn't conceiving, she needs to have the fibroids treated first. Then she should be able to have a problem free conception/pregnancy because she has no problems with her fallopian tubes/ovaries. Bear in mind though that I am not a trained professional. So talk to a proper doctor.

Your wife's only problem is fibroids, quite treatable, take her to a good doctor and make sure she gets the treatment she needs. Right now is not the time to worry about her getting pregnant, she needs to get healthy first. Once her fibroids are treated if she does not concieve then maybe you need to get yourself tested to see what could be wrong with you.
