Need advice on conditions? welcome nurses or drs?!

Question: In Nov. 30th 2007 I have had a normal 32 day cycle with little pains a week before. In Dec around the 14th I started having very bad pains lower right side and sore breasts. This condition continued for about 5 days when I started spotting for four days. On Dec 30th I started bleeding which still the pains but this time what I thought of my period started.
Right now I am noticing more veins around my pelvic area and breasts. The pains are still there but not as bad.
Has anyone gone through this before?

Have any thought on pregnancy?

Your uterus is a muscle. If you are cramping it generally means you are calcium deficient. Your blood calcium level needs to be between 7.35 and 7.4 and this must be maintained at all costs, or you die. The body is very smart and has program that assures that the blood calcium does not fluctuate. If you are deficient in calcium and / or not digesting it when you eat it, your body, to maintain that blood calcium, removes the calcium from your muscles first, and then your bones. When you have an excess of calcium, your blood gives up the calcium to your muscles and then your bones to maintain that ever important blood calcium level.

If you are deficient in the calcium in your muscles, like the uterus that needs to contract and is working during your period, you will get cramps there. You can test yourself to see if this is the case. Just find a blood pressure device and put the cuff around your leg calf. Sit in a chair and let your leg dangle over the edge relaxed. Pump up the blood pressure device until you start feeling a "charley horse" coming on. At the first feeling of this, stop the pumping and note the pressure. If it is 240 mg. of mercury, you are not deficient. If it is lower, you are deficient.

Now you need to get calcium in your body. If you drink pasteurized / homogenized milk, stop. That is garbage and the calcium in it is altered due to the high heat and the crushing of fat cells from the homogenization process that leaves chards of crushed amino acids that form allergies in the body. You need to seek out sources of RAW MILK and RAW DAIRY Products that are from cows that graze on grass, not some feed lot eating grains.

The normal cycle of mensus is 28 days. That coincides with the moon cycle. That is normal. Longer and shorter cycles indicate nutritional deficiencies. Even the word mensus is derived from the word moon. Usually, the sore breasts are from the muscles supporting the breast and not the breast itself, but it will feel like the breast.

In order to absorb calcium, magnesium, and zinc, you will need to have an acid stomach. If you take any antacids, this will keep you from absorbing calcium. DO NOT TAKE ANTACIDS.

If you are on a LOW FAT diet, change your ways. Your body cannot make endocrine hormones if you are deficient in fats. By the way, you need to eat fats, to lose fat.

Without knowing your age, it is difficult to know what to suggest regarding your digestion. If I knew that, I could suggest things that would help you. In regard to getting the best calcium, I suggest you go to: www.healthline.cc (not .com). The Coral Complex they sell is second to none and comes in capsules with NO excipients, so the calcium goes right into your system and you will notice a difference right away. Take 4 to 5 capsules in the a.m. and 4 to 5 capsules in the p.m. Do this for about a week and then you can check your first morning urine pH with some pH paper to make sure you are getting your pH into the 6.4 to 7.0 range.

If you do all the above, you will be amazed at how the cramping should go away. It is not normal to have cramps. It is only normal in America.

good luck to you
