Question: i have played basketball for school for 6 years. believe me, the worst part is being on your period on gameday. it messes with ur mood and emotions...but the thing i kno you will worry most about will be leaking or something. we have home white jerseys...and i was always freaked out about it. but i always realise the more i worried the worse it became & for no reason as well. take the time to make sure u have tampons, wear something under your shorts if you want and jus realize when you have time to make sure you dont nee dto chnage your tampon. dont DONT let if chnage ur game though, periods can be emberassing,but evryone has them and the rest of the girls on your team will understand. so just play your heart out liek normal and try not to let the perios bring you down. if only boys had to worry about this! hah.

wear you tampons and ask ur coach to bench you
