Doctors appointment?!

Question: Ok this is a bit confusing, and silly.
But please help anyway!
Basically, I went to the dcotor about 5 weeks ago because I had periods that lasted for a really long time (Like 6 weeks) and so he put me on the birth control pill and said I had to have a blood test and a urine test.
So I went for the blood test a few days later, but completely forgot about the urine test.
So I got my mum to ring the doctors surgery to check the blood test results (I was at school) and when she got the results from the receptionist they said I had to make another appointment for the doctor.
So Im going Tuesday, but what do I say when I go in?
Because he requested to see me, will he have it on my record or do I have to explain?
Also how can I avoid catching germs in the doctors waiting room?

I don't understand your question... He will want to see you to discuss the results of your blood test. Yeah, he'll have everything on record.

To avoid catching germs at the doctors? Don't kiss anyone for starters! :D. Try to sit away from anyone who looks ill and wash your hands when you've done there. I don't do these things myself because I see it as a bit of hypochondria to worry about that... :)

Good luck and I hope everything's ok.

Just say that you forgot! I'm sure he/she'll understand ?

If they made you an appointment, they'll have you on record. To avoid germs, have a mini bottle of hand sanitizer with you.
