How do you find out what absorbancy is for a tampon?!

Question: It says 6-9 g for regular and so on, but how do you know how much that is?

ignore the weight, nobody really knows what that means!

i think most people will wear the super when their period is heaviest and regular when there is very little blood. you might chose a larger one if you will not be able to get to a washroom for a while

the best way to see what works for you is to just try them, then you will get an idea what works for you.

If your period is really heavy...use a tampon for heavy flow...most of the time though you can use a regular tampon...its just trial and error really...you will get to know your body and your cycle and what kind of protection you need.
