Question: my boyfriend and i fool around with just our underwear on sometimes. we never have sex. i've been taking bc since june and on christmas i got my period. the day before, my boyfriend and i fooled around as mentioned above. how likely of a chance is it that i could get pregnant that way?

Very unlikely, but there is a chance of any of the semen got onto your clothes and then transfered to anywhere around your vigina. It's relatively unlikely admittedly even then, but it is possible in theory to get in from there.
If you're both in your underwear however the chances are reduced to something I wouldn't worry about too much. If you're on birth control then even less chance.

No chance if you guys dont have intercourse at all then dont worry about it.
It is not possible for you to get pregnant from that, unless he got c.u.m on your underwear (then it would be possible for some to get through).
