You can shower normally but you wont stop bleeding. I am not sure how you take a shower (lol) but make sure if you use a wash cloth or something to wash your body that you save the coochie for last because most likely there will be blood on the wash cloth or whatever you use.
And when you get out of the shower you kinda need to speed up drying off so you can dry off your privates and get into undies with a pad or put in a tampon so you dont bleed everywhere.
You can also wear a tampon when you shower so you dont have such a mess but i wouldnt do it because you need to be able to wash yourself well and i think a tampon interferes with that.

i would have a shower as it stops you from smelling (not that yu nesseseraly smell) and no yur period doesnt stop.
It's very important that you take a bath or shower when on your period. For hygenic reasons, and because it will help with the aches from cramps. I take two showers a day when I have my period. Once in the morning and once at night. Well, actually, I take a shower in the morning and a bath at night.
