I know a girl who had that and she had to go on birth control. She didn't have high enough estrogen levels naturally.
Just wait it's normal if you're involved with alot of "high energy" sport. Or if you're under weight. If nothing by you're 17th or 18th b-day you should go to a GYNO.
You should go see your private doctor. You may not have the hormones necessary for secondary sex characteristics to develop. And at your age, you should be having breasts and your periods.
Are you Very active in sports? Some Olympic athletes stop their periods because of their training so vigorously.

LOL, I don't know about the breast and butt thing. If your worried about the menstrual cycle then you could always go in and tell your doctor about your concerns. A lot of girls get their period when they are a little older it could have to do with a lot of different things. Don't worry to much but if you want to be sure just go in... GOOD LUCK HUN!!
like, you've NEVER had a period, or you've stopped? if never, see a doctor ASAP. either something is very wrong with your health or you are the luckiest girl on the planet lol. but you need a doctor to find that out.
if you had it and it stopped, it may be from exessive exercise or weight loss, unless you're pregnant.
People develope at different rates so I wouldn't be too worried. If it does bother you see a Dr. Don't be embarressed to talkl to a Dr. about your problems they have seen this type of thing all the time and will know how to help you.
