About how much weight does the birthcontrol shot make you gain???!

MANY MANY women who received the shot experience negative side affects and horrible health issues because of the shot.
SO many women have experienced this that there are class action LAWSUITS against the makers of this drug.
I myself gained a LOT of weight on the drug, and that is only ONE of the very very many horrible side affects you may have!

its different for everyone. two of my friends are on it and one gained about 10 pounds where as my friend mary didnt gain any at all.
not sure, i know when u 1st start the pill u can gain up to 5lbs
i've seen women gain up to 30 lbs on it. Mind you they weren't active. I gained 15 when i was on it a few years back but i was/am pretty active. I think it depends cause I've known of some women not gaining anything.
You should gain about 20 or 39 pounds but most of that weight will be in your breasts or your butt. Hope this helped you out. Your buddy, Bob xoxoxo
My sister in law has gained a lot of weight on that. And, she is one of those people that normally cant gain weight no matter what she eats, and she was way too skinny. Now, she has probably gained at least 15 lbs. A normal person could gain a lot more, im sure.

varies in every person, some are known to be gain up to 10lbs or so......in some cases no weight gain can be seen at all

The shot (Depo Provera) is horrible for you. I don't recommend it at all!
Weight gain depends on the person...for any type of birthcontrol. Regarding the shot, symptoms vary and mostly because it has many symptoms that dont match a pattern. Some women get really bad spotting, some get headaches, or gain weight. There are studies on that drug going on right now to see if it's linked with cancer in its users. Everything that has come up with Depo seems to be negative...think about it first.
