It's completely normal! cramps come then go away. You should tke Midol, teen formula. It really helps! Also just taking Advil helps too! I'm having mine too!- Hope you feel better!

Nope. You needa go to your Gyn...you may have cysts on your ovaries...but don't freak out, lots of females have that. I lived with the pain for 22 years and then fianlly had a uterine Ablasion performed....so if you go to a Dr. he can prescribe some meds to help you out. Meanwhile use a heating pad and that should relieve some pain. Good luck

It can be normal for some but for others it can mean a problem. If this is not usual for you then you should talk to your doctor. Mine did this and I had something called endometrosis. Nothing serious but very bothersome.

I feel you I went through it for 31 years, the pill helped some, or get the injections, that will prevent your period altogether. Talk to your gyno or stock up on Midol!

i feel your pain take abrophine (sp?)
but if you cant swollow like me take a bath

totally normal just get like a heating pad thingie and put in on ur waist............or not think about it, say 'it doesnt hurt' 20 times in a row until u feel better

Shammy

you do know you are talking ABSOLUTELY BALLS!

cysts xD
she did say "period" or are you too young to know what they are?

Severe period pains should always be investigated to check for a treatable cause. As a rough guide, if you've had severe period pain (known as dysmenorrhoea) since around the time your periods first started, it's less likely a particular cause will be found.

There are exceptions to this. Conditions such as endometriosis can sometimes cause severe pain from an early age (although the pain typically gets worse as the disease does more damage with each monthly cycle). Other causes include fibroids, pelvic inflammatory disease and sometimes a narrowing of the cervix. Bear in mind, though, that period pains are rarely a sign of disease, especially in younger women.

If the pain begins to interfere with your life, preventing you from working or coping with daily tasks, I would recommend you consult with a doctor/gynaecologist for further evaluation.

Good luck :)
