Are these normal "period pains"?!

Question: Okay, so I've only had my period about 2 years now. And this last period, which was a few days ago was really bad. I experienced this wierd feeling, in which all of the muscles in my legs felt weak at first, (is that normal?) and then the cramps came and all of my legs hurt. I had fatigue, nausea and I felt bloated. The cramps were awful the first day when it came, and then they were mild and finally they went away. But then again, here I am at the end of my period (about 5th day) and I've got that wierd leg thing again, where all of my leg muscles feel like jello. I can walk and everything... I'm just wondering if this is normal?

About 3 years after I had started having periods they completely changed. I started getting pain down into my legs and the cramps were severe. They would get bad then ease...then bad again. I would also throw up.
After I had my first child I realized that my body must have thought I was in labor every time I had my period. I was actually having contractions...that is why it hurt all the way into my legs.
I hope this does not happen to you and that it is just a one time occurrence.

you may have just had a little case of a virus. that's how i was all last week without my period.
