Yes unfortunately they are both sypmtoms of the menpause which can go on for many years. Palpitations and Hot Flushes When they come on try really hard to focus on something elsde and you will find that this helps. It is very commendable of you not to go on HRT as most GP's try to commence you on same. Dis you know that women who live in hot countries i.e. Egypt do not go through the menopause with these symptoms, they are almost sympton free. Try Evening Primrose tabs if you need to try anything

masturbate

it's something called deupause, it's when something in your system laps and menopause occurs again, i advise you to see your gp or look it up on google.

I have done a lot of research on menopause and sadly have found out that the hot flashes can continue for many years. One of the best things I have found for the hot flashes is sage. You can make a sage tea for the hot flashes and it really does help. There are other herbs but I would start with the sage first.

Sounds a little like a panic or anxiety attack. I would try another doc if you can. If that is what it is, medication really does help.

Well the tight chest does not sound like menopause.

It could be your Hypoglycemic and your sugar has plummeted. When this happens with me I break into a cold sweat, but the chest discomfort does not happen.

Since you have had your MD check the symptoms. I would suggest a Chiropractor for an adjustment. If vertebrae in your mid back shift and pinch a nerve, the pain can radiate around your body to your chest or stomach areas and cause all sorts of problems.

I would get a second opionin, I say this because of the chest tightness. Women present cardiac symptoms differently then men do and I see that as a red flag. If they have done a stress test, or a cardiac cath, and cardiac enzymes have been done and all that is ok, then I would say it's not heart but only after that has been done would I rule it out.. It could also be that your BP is high, check it. Other then that it could be hormones, which your Dr. should check your levels. Hope this helps. Good luck and God bless.

i am the right age for the menopause too
have you considered it may be a combination of the menopause and panic attacks
speak to your doctor if you are worried about any of your symptoms
there IS help put there

I'd say get another doctor and get a full medical evaluation.....sounds like your doc is not concerned with what is going on.

Tight chest is a symptom of heart problems or angina....you need to get a second or third opinion to be positively sure. You may have stress induced angina.

My mom went through Menopause 10 years ago and she still gets an occasional hot flash to the point where she has to lie down or she will faint. It's normal for women to continue with hot flashes. Either try other medications or unfortunately you'll have to deal with it. I wish you well.

Really sucks that after all that women accomplish in their life they have to be dealt this too. The internal furnace is amiss!
There are some really good herbal remidies, and also a lot of modifications you can make to your diet to help aliviate these flashes. first visit your nearest health store, they have a whole area designated to this, next go on-line and check out the dietary cahnges you can make, to lessen the symptoms. These are all good ideas, you may have to do a little trail and error to find what works best for you.

please put this as a best because i really need the points

my mom is menopause

Is your Bra on to tight????
