Weird food likes and dislikes during my period?!
Question: Ok. So I've asked a lot of women if they've ever experienced this before, and so far I've been the only one with this issue :
Usually the week before my period, I get really sensitive to certain types of foods - especially MEAT. All kinds of meats : chicken, pork, beef, ham, bacon, fish. It all makes me want to GAG. The first time I experienced this, I thought I was pregnant (haha) but of course, I was just getting my period.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Hormones go crazy. I get that way about meat too. I used to be vegetarian, but quit. Sometimes I can eat meat and be fine and then like half-way through it looks disgusting like I feel like I am eating a liver or muscle or something and then all of those vegetarian feelings come back lol.
i get weird cravings too.
sometimes i want something so choclatey [sp lol] that i OVERLOAD and it ends up making me sick. :[
then i'll want something extremely salty.
the only thing i can say is dont give into your cravings!
too much can make you sick! :]
Sometimes I get that too... but I WANT meat... every type of meat! I turn into this meat loving crazy person!! =)
