Have I started my period?!
Question: Just today after going to the toilet, I noticed some blood on the tissue, it was like discharge which i've been having for quite a few years now, but it was red. I decided to wear a pad just incase this was my first period but when i checked after a few hours there was nothing on the pad. when i tried wiping my vagina with tissue again there was more blood...could this be a period or is it too light? (I'm very hygenic so it's doubtfully an infection)

Yes, you got your first period. It can take a few months to a few years to get on a regular cycle. Most girls, when they get the first ever period, it will be just spotting. That's what is happening with you. It may get heavier, or it can stay the same amount.
Yep, it's called spotting. It's light drips of blood before your actual period. You could start any day now, so be prepared. You could buy some thin pantyliners just in case. Good luck!!!!!!
you might have. even though the pad has not absorbed any blood you could have gotten your period. so just keep wearing the pad.
