Why does my hip hurt when I sleep while I have my period? Sounds crazy but I hav!
Question: Almost every time I have my period my left hip hurts when I sleep at night. It really hurts. I can't sleep on that side. Could someone help me with this question.

go to the doctor and get it checked out. i have the same thing, but i've got problems with my hips. my periods tend to make my hips worse and my hips make my periods worse cos everything is inflammed and stuff.
try putting a hot water bottle on hip, it should help with the pain.
u can get alot of aches and pains on ur period try a heating pad
