I would have your thyroid checked - alot of those symptoms sound like an underactive thyroid. Good luck - if anything maybe you should see a therapist and get yourself a massage at least once a month to feel better and relaxed.

go out and Exercise. exercise relieves stress and you culd make new friends at the gym =D stay positive. you only get to live life once

Im not sure what is wrong, but there was a TV show late at night showing about strange illnesses. There was one girl who had some of the same symptoms, and it turned out she needed a doctor's help. My answer is to go tell the doctor and maybe they'll be able to help you.

It is depression without a doubt and i have had this and actually still cope with it. They actually have vitamins or light dose of an anti - depressant so you wont feel weird. Sometimes it helps you better cope. I will go exercise, swim or do something different to get my mind off things in life. It actually helps.... Or maybe you just need to go and talk to a psychiatrist

You need to see a therapist. This is not something you can deal with on your own and if you do have to go on antidepressants, so what? At least they'll make you feel better. Depression can cause all of the physical symptoms you have mentioned. You need to see a psychologist/therapist and get on a program. Whether it's just talking to someone and finding a hobby to take up time, doing something you love or whether you are a candidate for antidepressants. You need to get help. God Bless. Depression runs through my family and a few years ago after having my first daughter I went through depression. I gained 20 pounds, slept all the time, and had headaches. After getting some help I felt better. The depression went away after a few months. My sister and mother have both been on antidepressants and my grandmother also.

Learn about nutrition. Eat adequate amounts of lean protien and lots of fruits and vegetables. Avoid white sugar and white flour and foods that contain them. Don't eat anything that contains hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup. Avoid fast foods and processed foods. Drink 8 glasses of water every day. Sleep 8 hours every day. Exersize for an hour every day. Take a good quality multivitamin every day.

Spend time with people who care about you and support you. Avoid people who are negative to you. Join clubs, groups or classes that do things that interest you. Get a pet if you can afford one and are willing to commit to it's lifetime care. Be nice to other people and help them when you can.

Be sure you are doing things that make you feel productive and also be sure you are doing things for yourself. Be sure you are lleaving time in your schedule for relaxing.

Go see a therapist. I work in a clinic and many people come in describing exactly what you are going through. I understand that you don't want to go on anti-depressants, and you probably don't want to go to a therapist. The stigma against mental health patients is rapidly going away as awareness campaigns continue and the number of celebrities experiencing breakdowns rise. Many clinics will only consider you a patient after two sessions, since you may not want to continue. Also, many cases are cleared up at my clinic in 6 months at the most. It is also not the case that you are "messed up" if you seek help. We have a wide variety of people come into our clinc from students feeling pressured by a term paper, to anxiety issues, to group help. Everybody needs help at some point in thier lives, it just varies how each person gets that help.

Anyways, even if you don't do anything, you are moving in the right direction by seeking help wherever you feel comfortable doing so. Sooner or later it will all come around and things will get better.

Sounds to me like you are having a few different issues going on, that might stem from lack of a particular hormone. You need to go to the Doctor and tell them this and get a blood work-up. With age, comes a fluctuation of your chemicles. With any surgery, also, our body changes - to enable it to get used to whatever is different. It could be that your body chemicles changed when you had your kidney stones removed and the change has thrown other levels off, like your estrogen etc ... Also, a big life occurance like the meeting of a new love, or break up with one, also has a huge impact on your psyche - so this also affects your physical stamina and physical stress levels. Every aspect of your being body/mind/spirit has an effect on one another.. So,...if you have just undergone a lot in a short period of time your system is trying to cope with it. Beware of depression,...depression is your mind/body/spirits way to try and deal with trauma or bad stress. You go into a sort of "cave hide out"..to try and heal. Go to the doctor and get all your blood levels checked out. Start a new activity that you really enjoy and it will fight any continued depression. And also, dont underestimate the healing qualities of good friends. They can pull you through the hardest times with out you even knowing it. G-Luck!

Try taking natural herbs like St. John's Wort to help you with your depression. You know a lot of us don't feel well, I too have aches and pains all day, but I tell myself, I have to live. I only get one shot and I don't want to waste everyday feeling sad. I listen to music that makes me feel good. I find that if I spend time outdoors walking and enjoying nature that it helps me a lot. Get a dog. They are great companions. Spend time with other people who are not sick and depressed, don't sit at home all alone and just ponder on your pain.
