der.. what a waste of scissors.. you should of just snapped it off lol hahaha... why don't you try and push harder!!
you are constipated... take some laxatives.

yukk
If you had enough anal sex before, now all gateways were wide open for that

geross. eat some soap?

try a laxative

drink some plum juice

are you some preteen boy trying to be funny or something?
I've read all of your answers to peoples questions in your Profile and every single one is something about poop, not helping the person out at all.

Or are you the girl in " 2 Girls 1 Cup "

try and push harder and push down on your abdomen with your arms folded in a sort of rolling motion from up to down, that should help.....

gentle pushes accompanies by long, slow breaths (push while exhaling) will be the best way to get it out (slowly) without injuring your intestines, or your intestinal wall. some of the answers posted here may injure your wall, which can cause a hernia (yes women can get it too!), or weaken it for problems later in life. drink warm water (lots of it), milk, an abundance of vitamin C, but if it's coming out, then you may just want to be patient, and take your time with some gentle pushes and breathing...relax, and that will help to relax your anal muscles too!
