Smells Fishy?!

Question: One of my friends, most of the time, smells very ... fishy. And I figured she might just be on her period, but it seems to be almost every day of the month. Is it possible she has an infection 'down there' ? And should we tell her or try to put up with it.? Tyvm.

If you can smell "down there" from any sort of regular friendly proximity she may have a hygeine or health issue.

It'll be hard to broach the subject with her and she'll surely be embarressed by the revelation but it is best she knows. Hoepfully you'll get some helpful hints on how to tactfully bring it up with her.

As an aside and this is not my suggestion on how to raise the subject of fishiness downstairs...

What did the blind man say as he passed the fish shop?

Hello Ladies!

If she is your true friend, please try to find a nice way to tell her privately.

i think she has an infection or maybe she never washes it.

well its better a friend saying something then... her getting totally embarrassed by someone else!

u should try to confront her and do it nicely or u might lose a friend...so good luck

i guess if you know a way of telling her without offending her, then its probably a good idea, she might have an infection and needs some kind of treatment to help.

i think so/..maybe she is always having vaginal dischargee..

she prolly duznt wash dwn there... i never smell fishy so im not sure but i get my periods and dont smell.... maybe just get a really good deodorant cuz its hard to take sumthing in like that i rekon. if you should tell, start by talkn bout pap smears or sumthing n you know get into convo like that... poor you

ya..maybe in an indirect way....say..do you feel any uncomfortable these days?

Tell her it might be something more messed up than jus grossin you out...

And there's such a thing as gettin too close......

it's you isn't?jk um yeah you should tell her if she's your friend just be nice about, some girls just naturally smell bad but there are things that can help.,just be nice!

try to talk to her nicely. if you are too embarassed to tell her personaly, call her on the phone.yes, she could have an infection "down there". by telling her you will make her a favor, and you and your friends another( she will get help, and you guys wont smell it anymore)

good luck!

indirectly, encourage her to get feminine wash and talk about women hygene openly as a group to get her attention. choose it as a topic to discuss with her and ur other friends.try to get some hints across.

infection? only possible if she does her best to keep it clean. I wash EVERYTIME I pee, and use diaper wipes when in public restrooms. I douche twice a week, and also after every sexual contact. I also use a deodorant. My BF never complains, and he is down there alot.
Many women are NOT taught proper hygeine. Sex education in schools is useless, and most mom's more concerned with teaching NOT to have sex, or about Birth control.
Men don't know this stuff, and most are too eager to get laid to care what a girl smells like.
So if she is 100% hygeinic, than a yeast infection coulde be the cause. And, constant yeast infections could point the way to the onset of diabetes.
If you are her friend, tell her all about it. Show her this answer.

i think you should pull your friend aside and privately tell her. "down there" gets VERY smelly if not cleaned properly EVERY day [[at least every second]], and she may not know that.
