Okay! DO NOT TAKE 800MG OF ANY PAIN KILLERS!

They are hard on your kidneys and liver; I am on 600Mg of ibuprofen from my doctor, not a stranger on a message board.

Okay, the rice sock may help, you could also invest in a heating pad but the rice sock is cheaper.

Try doing crunches, running regularly or some other physical activity regularly.

Also see your doctor, they will be able to help a lot better.

And with pain killers dear try eating with them, or taking smaller than what the recommended dosage is. Might help with the whole sick thing.

Take 2 Advil

I have pain in my legs when the cramps are really bad. Try naproxen, like 3 of them. That should help. Or Ibuprofen, 800 mg. Don't bother with tylenol and don't worry about hurting your stomach with pills, this is an emergency.

Get a long sock, fill it with rice, and put it in the microwave for like 30 seconds or untill it is warm, but not too hot to where it burns your skin.
I used to do that while I was preggers. It works great!
Also talk to your OBGYN about it, there are meds he can give you for when your cramping!!! I used to have to take Naprosyn (if that's how you spell it).
And Yes it is totally normal!! So don't worry, just try and relax, and feel better!
Good luck!

im thirteen and i just started taking midol. it is amazing. i dont even feel like im having my period! no cramps, no fatigue feeling. its great

you should get it!

try masturbating it will me mes. but it works for me I'm19 years old

ibuprofen works for me. also, try putting a heating pad on your stomach. if you don't have one, put a towel in the dryer and lay that on your stomach. hope you feel better!

Pickle juice i know it sounds so nasty but it works great!

Ibuprofen is my drug of choice, but since you can't take advil or tylenol, try taking the pain reliever that works for you. If drugs aren't an option, you've got your work cut out for you.

Try a heating pad and some chamomile tea. Do this deep breathing exercise. Inhale for a count of 5, hold the breath for a count of 3, and exhale for a count of 7. Repeat. Sometimes when we're in pain we hold our breath and that tends to make you more tense which just makes things worse. Also, focusing on your breathing forces you to think of something other then the pain.

I've come to the conclusion that when it comes to our periods, any body part is fair game for cramps.

Hope the cramps go away soon.

heating pad

i am a boy but i know somthing that will make you relax, when u have ur period call me and i will come to **** u and make u relax

call me at 221456432

My cramps have never gotten that bad I have had friends that have experienced the extreme menstrual cramps that your describing

they had to be perscribed pain me dictation from your doctor.

I recommend making an apt. or just calling him/her and asking if you could have prescription
(some doctors will just perscribe it for you over the phone)

I hope this helped good luck

birth control can greatly lessen the severity of pre-menstrual cramps. I would suggest talking to your doctor about yasmin. It worked for my gf.
Also, having an orgasm is suppose to be a really good temporary relief since it targets the exact muscles that are cramping.
