I was on the pill for 7 years and drank! You need to keep in mind that if you drink to excess and vomit/have diarrhoea that the effectiveness of the pill is diminished.
drink but don't smoke.
sure, just don't throw up.
don't smoke, though. you're at an increased risk for blood clots if you do.
Alcohol does not decrease the effectiveness of the pill, just as long as you don't drink too much and hurl. :) Have fun!
