Kind of tampon you use??!
Question: i want to start using tampons but i dont know much about them at all and i want to know what kind you like best...thanks for all the help.

i use playtex gentle glide because they they open all the way around and not just width wise and the dont leak like the pearl ones....but it is up to you and your body...i have slight heavier periods after i got off birth control so that is what is better for me...but you need to try some out and find out which ones work for you.
Use plastic instead of cardboard. I use Tampax Pearl
i always used to use tampax compact, found them easiest to use and to carry about.
havent had to use them in the past year tho cos of getting an implant :)

Start out with the smaller ones (juniors) and if you need to increase to a bigger size then get the reg. ones. It will also depend on your period and how bad it is. Just remember the generic ones are just as good as the name brand.

because they work great and don't create tons of garbage like plastic ones do... so many people are afraid of applicator-free which i don't get. i mean, if you can't manage to use those, how do you manage to dress yourself... ??
I used to use playtex beyond or playtex gentle glide, but I recently switched to a menstrual cup called the divacup because they don't have the risk of TSS, are environmentally friendly, cheaper, never leak, and are healthier for our bodies. Best of luck!
