yes it does and also if you get somthing like cottege cheese on ur underwear and if it smells and itchy then yea.....but do not scratch also u should try and go 2 a drug store and get this medication (i 4got what its called) but im sure one of the workers can help you....but when they do get the cream medicine thing for 3 days and use it!!!...good luck!!
