What's the easiest exercises i can do to loose some pounds?!


Question: I would like to loose about 20 points do you have any suggestions on what I can do, and also name some healthy foods i could start eating I need some support, if your willing to give me support I'd be greatful, also if you know any links then go ahead and post them for me I would appearciate that alot =]

To lose weight through exercise....remember the diet part, too...you must elevate your heart-rate and keep it elevated for at least 20 minutes.

This will burn your fat off and raise your metabolic rate. A good exercise is dancing or some kind of aerobics.

Lets see.. try walking, eathing healthy, and not sit on the computer all day. Sound good?
