My question is, do you feel moving around in that "area" when you're having sex?

I use the nuvaring and i know you can feel that during sex. I have to take mine out. It can be painful. I'm not sure about mirena though.

You shouldn't be able to feel implants while having sex. If you do, you should go to the doctor to have the position if the implant checked.
