Why do I get lightheaded?!


Question: Before I start my period. Its been happening all day, with some nausea too. What can I do to make it stop?

It happens to me too, and I am not anemic as I am sure some people will tell you you might be... and naturally you might be. My Gyn said it is just the way the hormones effect some women
go and lie down
