Medical Professionals and ladies only Plz...?!

Question: Can a woman go through menopause more then once? I mean like I went through it several years ago, and now all the syptoms seemed to be back again. The night sweats, mood swings, hot flashes. Or is it just one continuous nightmare?

Those of us who don't have all our organs have a more difficult time during menopause. Remember how hard it was to get regular cycles with our period? It's the same thing. It's like our body doesn't know what to do without our hormones, and it takes time to get used to it. I'm going through the same thing. Consider getting hormone replacement therapy.

I'm not near that stage, but I know that some people can go through it for years!

Sometimes, going on the pill balances things out.

Many women have hot flashes and mood swings INDEFINITELY. It never stops for some women, and this is why some women choose hormone replacement therapy.

Anti depressant therapy also helps many women with menopause, and it does not have the same risks and side effects that hormones have.
