If I start to run daily will i lose my breasts?!

Question: I am very fond of them, and I like them just the way they are :)
But I love running/ exercising and also am trying to lose a few lbs... If I keep running every day (1.5 miles) will i lose my boobs? Or change the way they are?

If you start running they wont vanish they might get a tad bit smaller but not much <not enough to switch bra sizes.
If you work your arms or 'pecks' then you might go down a cup or 2 depending on how much you work on them

no but they can sag if you don"t wear a sports bra and also they will go down if you were to build muscle on your arm

they might turn into muscle, but not drimatically,... and as long as you wear a great sports bra or something that will keep them from bouncing, they will not become saggy

You might lose a little bit of them however it shouldn't be enough to change much.

It depends. If your boobs are where a lot of the fat on your body is then yes.

Nawww, I'll keep an eye on them so you don't lose them. Your buddy, Bob xoxoxo

Probably not. But they are comprised of fat. The less body fat you have the less body fat you have. Try focusing on specific areas. Tone instead of losing weight.

if you ran for 3 days that would be 4.5miles, right? well i think if you ran 4 or 8 miles you'll lose one pound from cardio, if you run and right after it you work out your chest you'll probably see results in maybe 2 to 4 weaks :) try looking up chest work outs online or just go to the gym, alot easier

I run and I havent gone down in cup size. I also havent lost a dramatic amount of weight either though....1.5 miles is NOTHING to worry about...youre fine

not if you don't over do the running
