It's probably just hormones-- usually before or during your period your breasts will be tender.
Mine always hurt with my period. They get tender during that time. Hormones out of control make them tender.

If they're SUPER SORE then pregnancy is the first thing that comes to mind. If they're just uncomfortable sore (but not on the nearly intolerable side) then I'd say it's just your period getting ready to come on.

if your young you might still be devolping. Or you could be having your period soon. or you could be pregnant.
if they are oversized and you dont wear a proper support bra, this can happen. Also, they get bigger when you get pregnant and that would be another reason. Also if he plays too hard....but if I continue this part of the answer, it could get me a violation.

If you are on your period, then they could just be swelling cuz of hormones; i'm assuming your a girl, so it could just be plain hormones .do a pregnacy test, just to be sure, if you havn;t had ur period this month. Just to rule out a nine-month "virus," is you catch my drift)
