Even having it all the time, it's normal. I cleans you out all the way from the uterus. Don't douche unless ordered from the doctor. It dries you out and makes you open to infections.

Yes it is normal to get discharge before you peroid. But if it thick and yellow or you discharge all the time I would see a doctor.
