PAIN with menstrual cramps IS NOT NORMAL. In the short term keep taking the Advil, take warm baths, and use a heating pad. In the long term check out an organization called The Endometriosis Association, they even have a Teen Group. You can find out a lot of good information there. You are not alone. I was once just like you. Hang in there. The best thing for you to do is to gain some knowledge and then talk with your doctor.

Try taking a warm bath and massaging your stomach this helped for me I used to have horrible cramps and bleeding. It is normal for some people to get them so bad. You should maybe talk to your mom about getting on birth control to lighten your period so things aren't so bad that's what I did and it helped alot enough though I wasn't sexually active it help reduce my menstrual symptoms.

birth control pills will help with that even if you are not sexually active it worked for me

get checked for endometritis.. spelling maybe wrong. the only thing that works other than that is laying in the fetal position.

Apply warm compress over the painful area. Exercise regularly. Avoid salty foods. Try seeing another doctor again. Tell him/her your complaints and what you have been taking (such as medications and stuff) so that he could make the necessary steps.

take a warm bath, and use a heating pad

Heating pad and 3 midol!
