Question: ok hi im 12 years old and i found a little stain of blood on my underwear, i think it may have been my period but im not sure this happened almost two weeks ago and i havent seen anymore blood please help

That's called spotting. It's when little bits of blood come out here and there. I would suggest haveing your mom get you some panti liners and just wear those. Dont' get pads, that's a waste if they only come here and there. I, personally, would mark down the days you've spotted on a calendar. If there is a pattern, go along the pattern (so you know what days to wear the liners)
THIS IS NOT A PERIOD! DON'T LISTEN TO THE OTHER ANSWERS. It's like discharge. A sign that your period is on it's way, but this ISN'T your period. Trust me! I'm a professional in this topic. (hense my nick-name)

If it is was the first time this happened, then it was probably your period. The first time you get it, it is very very light. Nothing to be worried about, this happens to all women.

If your mom is around or if you have a female that you feel comfortable to talk to ask her. However it may be what they call spotting and you may be starting soon. I would get some panty liners so you don't get your underwear all bloody. I hope this helps.

yes..your first period is usually that.
it may mean its gonna start soon BUT you wll know when you have it.. it is going to be very bloody and you will most likely start while going to the bathroom. the blood flows neary non stop for a few days
