I think I'm pregnant?!

Question: I'm 17. I've had sex, with condoms of course, and I'm late on my period. I'm feeling kinda crampy though....but still have not started! I'm extremely worried and everybody tells me that I shouldn't be, but is it common for you to be late on periods when you first start being sexually active?

I'm going to tell you like I told my cousin, you are just stressing out. Stop thinking bout it cause stress causes delays in your menstruation. You are too young to be having sex but if you are going to have it, make sure you are protected not only from getting pregnant, but also from catching an STD. Good luck and I really hope you get your period ;(

Late periods happen all the time, some people skip months at a time.

Being as you are only 17 chances are that you are not quite regulated yet.

Personally I would wait until I was a week to two weeks late then go and talk to my doctor.

Sitting there worrying about it isnt going to help it it will stress you out and make it worse. If it dont come back in a few days then see a doctor.. Good luck

It's common for we girls to be late, the dates vary from month to month. I wouldn't worry just yet.

If the condom broke, then you're in trouble! If not, don't worry about it. If you're kinda crampy, I would say that is a good sign so far.

Sexual activity does not have an influence on your period. To make sure do the test.

Go to a store and buy a pregnancy test.

Then take a pregnancy test!

Even having sex with condoms you are only 99% protected at the MOST.

ANY TIME you have sex, you could end up pregnant.

The ONLY 100% method is abstinence.
