How much weight should I lose? im a girl> ?!


Question: I am 5'2" and 148 pounds.

I wear a size medium, and 7 in pants (I'm not stuffing myself in either- its baggy)

when I lift my arms my ribs poke out. (if this means anything.)

I am quite musclular from dance and soccer...and from horsing around with my father.

u dont need to look so fabulously celebrity-ish
just..if u can keep urself healthy and isnt overweight ure okay dont worry about it

btw..."horsing around with my father" idk why but it doesnt sound right,...

If you're quite muscular than you probably need to lose little to no weight! Don't go on any crazy diets because you are probably pretty close to your ideal weight. Just eat healthy and excercise and you'll be fine :)

you seem quite normal to me, but if you are worried about it, i would maybe just lose 'the last ten pounds' as people like to call it. that way you will feel better and more confident. Maybe try eating healthier and going for a walk or run, or if you attend a gym, go regularely. =)

what makes you think you need ot lose weight? You don't sound like you are in an unhealthy state. People will probably tell you to lose weight but you sound fine. Remember muscle weighs more then fat. You exersize regularly it sounds like so just eat healthy and don't worry about it.

you know if you are already physically active then i don't think u will lose that much weight unless u become anorexic. just eat healthy and you'll be fine. u don't need to be very skinny.

What do the healthy women in your family look like?
That's a good place to start.
Don't focus too much on losing pounds. Focus on being healthy. Eat right and exercise and the weight thing will take care of itself.
