Answers: constant cramps..very low and with a grinding sensation

It can be several things. Of course the first hunch is that it is GYN related then possibly muscular. The place to start would be your GYN. There maybe a slight infection or small cyst.

Heating pads, or maybe some midol.

it would depend on your age..

change of your hormons.. period could be due.. stress at work or home...

so many reasons .... or may be all all of them...

I have that phrase in my life as well.... but it goes with any good thing happens...

for ex. I am out of work so feeling very very low... i failed my driving test couple times so more stress..... need money flow as we have to keep up morgage.. lots and lots stress...

feeling low... cramps in my legs.. imsomnia...

But trying to keep my calm.. reading good things. . trying to keep cool in this tough time

And i know the day i am back to work.. my all problems will solve.

i share my condition so you understand better.

Cheers love.. be happy

endometriosis probably

Have yourself checked for appendicitis. Pain does not always show up in the right region. You need to go to the doc. ASAP.
It could be menstrual cramps, or other discomfort. Can you be pregnant?
Also, in cases of Chlamydia it may post some abdominal discomfort, but there could be tens of other problems. Hope you get over it soon.

Does the person have an IUD placed? Are they on any kind of birth control? Start there, then have their hips and spine checked. If they have had any children their hips may not have fused back properly. They could be slightly off, which could offset the lower part of their back, and be the cause of the cramps.
