Any ideas for losing weight before summer rolls around..?!


Question: i need ideas to lose weight so i can wear a bikini this summer...i dont have money to spend on weight watchers or curves or to buy a membership to the ymca or anything so i need cheap ideas like how many sit ups to do a day or what not to eat or something...!! help soon plz

This is what I did.
Before every meal drink a glass of water. Than you will only eat half of what you would normally eat. For the first 2 weeks do not eat anything carbohydrates. Do not eat past 7:30 at night. Walk a mile a day also. The only thing all that will cost you is your time. ;-)

I'm a model and before I was enlisted I had to lose weight fast, I switched all my white stuff aka pasta and bread for whole meal.... so I was able to enjoy my favourite meals but wasn't piling on the pounds. Instead of driving I walked to places and every morning before breakfast I would do 30 squats and so many crunches.... it killed but it's great if you're skint and need to lose weight fast. Also try to cut down on fizzy drinks, tea or coffee and alchohol because they're full of calories and all the bad stuff. Just drink plenty of water instead..... and please don't starve yourself.

I wish there was a magic wand that would make us all look like what we want. Loosing weight is one of the hardest things to do. At least it is for me. I recently lost 45 pounds (Feb of 07 to May of 07). I am trying to keep it off now. From my experience, the best way to loose weight is to limit your carb intake. Only let yourself have one or two servings of bread a day. What bread you do eat, make sure it is a low fat wheat bread or at least low in calories. Stay away from fried foods (fried chicken, burgers, etc) no sweets, and no soda. I would have something special as a treat to myself one day a week. Nothing major, but maybe a candy bar or a coke. I am not one to drink water either so what I did was drink water with crystal light. That made the water taste great and I was able to drink more. As far as exercise goes, walking is the best thing to do. I have a tread mill that helps me. If nothing else, go to your local high school and walk around the football field. 4 times around most football fields will be about a mile give or take.

I lost 116 pounds by counting carbs. I eat 30 grams of carbs at 8:30 a.m, 45 grams at 12:30, 45 grams at 5:00 p.m and 30 grams at 10:00 p.m. I never eat breaded foods, I mostly fry in margarine, broil, and bake foods. I excercise by walking on my treadmill 1/2 hour a day and I allow my self sugar free sweets so I don't feel deprived and be tempted to binge. I allow myself a snack size candy bar with a sandwich on whole wheat for lunch, and a sugar free ice cream bar with meat, lipton sides pasta, and vegetable for supper. If you can still find one I got a carb counter book and plan my meals depending on he amount of carbs in each item for the total carb count I gave you per meal. Good Luck.
