Question: i want to lose a few pounds, im definetly not fat but almost all the other girls in my school are like 80 pounds! i am like 100 pounds but my whole family is chubby. im kind of built broader, i dont want to lose weight just to be like everyone else though, its healtheir too.

Don't expect miracles. It's not healthy to lose more than a pound or two a week.
Also, check your BMI. It's possible that you're in the normal range for your height.
